My Interview with The Sovereign Kitchen Society
Chatting with Molly Bravo was a delight- and we also discovered how close we used to live to one another in the Santa Cruz Mountains! I love that area.
Molly and I have a lot in common. We have a shared love of traditional skills and real food. We both believe a path towards a better future is grounded in getting back to the basics of what really matters. As I said in my article in the November issue of Country Life in BC,
“…to the best of our ability, we must prioritize the quality of the food we eat, knowing that cheap food comes with hidden costs for our own health, and for animals and the planet. If we get rid of all the noise of modern life, there is nothing more valuable than healthy food.”
In this podcast, Molly and I talk about creating rythems and routines, self-care, canning now for convenience later, ruminant digestion, farm chores and more!
I hope you’ll listen to this episode and aso follow Molly’s substack (tagged on this post). order her fantastic canning book and follow her podcast for more inspiration.
